• James Gunn and Peter Safran were appointed as co-heads of Warner Bros Discovery's DC studios to be in charge of film, TV, and animation projects, known mostly for Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman movies. Gunn and Safran, who have brought heroes to hit films such as Guardians of the Galaxy and Suicide Squad, are to start their new jobs on Nov. 1, Warner Bros said in a statement.
