• Italy's Nexi , one of Europe's biggest payments groups, reported on Thursday higher than expected Q3 core earnings as it confirmed guidance for the full year. Profits totaled €463 million in the quarter, up 12% from a year earlier, while revenue came in at €859 million, up 7.1% annually.
