Binance also reportedly processed at least &nbsp;$2.35 billion in illegal transactions tied to drugs, hacks and fraudulent activity, according to a Reuters investigation.<ul fr-original-style="padding-inline-start: 20px;" style="padding-inline-start: 20px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em; list-style-position: inside; box-sizing: border-box;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Background: BNB coins are primarily used to pay transaction fees on Binance, which is currently the largest global crypto exhange. The company is also facing a seperate SEC investigation from February about alleged ties between tis founder adn two trading firms.</li></ul>
