• Airbus delivered 55 aircraft in September, bringing its total of 2022 deliveries to 437, which means the company needs to ship more than 250 aircraft to reach its goal of 700 deliveries this year. Airbus originally targeted 720 deliveries but scaled it back in July due to shortages of parts and components, including engines.
