Europe’s low-cost airlines
could be severely affected by upcoming staff walkouts as unions across the industry call for strikes due to pay cuts that led to staff shortages.

- Zoom in: Ryanair's cabin crews are set to walk out later this week in Spain, Portugal and Belgium with the staff in Italy and France warning of a strike as EasyJet's cabin crews based in Spain also announced nine days of strike through July. Ground staff of Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports in Paris also plan further action in July following a walkout this month that caused a quarter of departing flights to be canceled.
