Istanbul Kadıköy's Yeldeğirmeni Neighborhood is known to be the district where the apartments rose for the first time. The apartment number 52 here was built for the German engineers during the construction of Haydarpaşa Station.The exhibition "Appartment" brings together 23 contemporary artists who use different techniques and materials for their works.Curators of the exhibition, Lara Lakay and Tuba Kocakaya, took off from the meaning of the Latin meaning of apartment that is "to spare, to divide to pieces, feelings".
