Death toll from a weekend Russian missile strike
on an apartment building in Dnipro rose to 40, Ukrainian officials said. Regional authorities said 39 people, including 14 children, have been rescued so far and that 30 more remained missing in one of the deadliest attacks on Ukrainian civilians.
