• Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy gave a speech at EU headquarters in Brussels at the end of a rare, two-day trip outside of Ukraine. Zelenskiy said that "a Ukraine that is winning" its war with Russia should be a member of the EU, arguing the bloc wouldn’t be complete without it.
