• Volkswagen shares came near breakeven on Monday, reflecting the mixed response from investors to the company’s plans for the public offering of Porsche AG. The listing of the sports car brand will be Europe’s third biggest public offering with a €70-75 billion valuation. The IPO has attracted cornerstone investors although Volkswagen is offering only 12.5% of Porsche AG's capital and no voting rights.
