said Ukraine's grain exports —freed through a deal brokered by the UN and Turkey— were mostly being delivered to the EU rather than the poor countries in need like Somalia, where a famine approaches, adding that Russia may talk with Turkey about revising the deal. However, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said tons of grain will arrive in Somalia in the coming weeks and blamed the coming famine on Russia’s actions.
