Deniz Utlu, Sabaha Karşı is in Turkish, translated by Levent Tayla: As Deniz Utlu's book entitled "Gegen Morgen" is translated to Turkish now and as he is in Istanbul as Kulturakademie Tarabya resident, there has been an event recently in Istanbul to present the book. Last year he received 2021 Alfred Döblin Prize.

Ten Authors from Berlin: They were born in different countries, they left their cities and now they write and live in Berlin. Literarisches Colloquium Berlin is sharing ten author's profile with İstanbul's Kıraathane. First screening from YouTube will be on April 30th 9 pm. And the list of the authors are: Rasha Abbas - Priya Basil - Zaza Burchuladze - Kevin Shih-Hung Chen - Ricardo Domeneck - Julia Kissina - Mehdi Moradpour - Samanta Schweblin - Stanislaw (Stan) Strasburger.

All In: Director Volkan Üce lives in Berlin. His new documentary (2021) is now screened at Mubi. It is about the workers of a five star hotel in Antalya and their dreams.

Axel Hütte: Chronostasis: An important representative of Düsseldorf Photography School, Axel Hütte made a series on a route of fourteen ancient cities in Turkey including Ephesus, Milet, Perge, Sagalassos, Hierapolis ve Afrodisias which was commissioned by Borusan Contemporary. The exhibition curated by Hans Irrek will be opened on April 30th and a tour with the curator will be possible that day. 

Another reason to visit the venue is a group exhibition curated by Necmi Sönmez, "Water Reverie".
