• The International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, Netherlands said it would immediately start investigating alleged Russian war crimes in Ukraine. ICC Prosecutor Karim A.A. Khan said in a statement that 39 of the court's member states had requested for the investigation to proceed.
