• A court in the Netherlands ruled that the US company Chetu violated a Dutch worker's human rights by forcing him to keep his webcam on during work hours. The telemarketing firm fired the employee for not keeping his webcam on during the shift but the court decided that Chetu violated Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights. via TechCrunch
