• Google and other search engines must delete search results about people in Europe if the information can be proven wrong, the European Court of Justice ruled. In a recent case, Google refused to remove search results based on the names of two managers at a group of investment companies. • The UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal has ordered the review of Meta’s sale of the GIF search engine Giphy.
